It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas.

I love this photo of Stephen Stills. It makes me feel all Christmasy inside. It is supposed to snow this weekend in NYC and I love the feeling of this city when it snows...it is like the city stands still for a moment. For once I have the weekend off and I am celebrating Dave's birthday and giving him his present that I have been trying to keep secret. I am the worst with surprises. As soon as I bought him this gift, I kept on talking about it with him and repeatedly asked, 'Do you want to know what your gift is?' but he didn't want to know.

So I began to twitter...you can follow me or I can follow you...I am still trying to find how the darn thing works. The name is brooklyndeer. I guess I like it but I think it could turn out to be kind of addicting and there are more important thing I need to focus on than twitter right now. What do you guys think of twitter?

Gizmo and I leave Monday for Colorado and I am so excited....mountains, fireplaces, snow (fingers crossed, and my family make me feel warm inside.
