Ok, so I have been a little bit of an absent blogger so I want to give a shout out to some of my fellow bloggers. I think the crazy thing about blogging is that you have all these people in your life that you've never met physically but sometimes they know more about what goes on personally than people you see everyday.
So I was thinking if I held a party, what would be the roll of each blogger friend? I am such a nerd.
I would hire E.K. Wimmer's band to play for the night.
Loveroffashion would be my stylist for the party.
Keith of Sugar and Spice would provide all the lovely ladies being a quasi-Hugh Heffner.
I feel like Diane of Cooking Blind would be a good person to have kind of in charge of the whole thing with me - making sure all the guests are taking care of, etc.
James of Mod Revival would be the photographer...Patrick Demarchelier, eat your heart out.
I would put Janetteria in charge for the ornate details of decorating. I think as someone who has such great style would be good at the flower arrangements, table cloths, and china.
Kitty Stampede would be the animal wrangler.
DJ's would be This Wheel's on Fire and Stray Cat Blues.

Third, I've never gotten intensely into the Dolls, but I LOVED New York Doll -- though it was rather sad.

Haha, you got me pegged right. Did I ever tell you that I have a huge history in the restaurant business (waitressing, bartending, catering, managing, ect.), so doing a party would be a piece of cake. Doing YOUR party would be an honor. Thanks for the mention. xo

You know that feeling when you suddenly realize that there is an entire area of pop culture that you know nothing about? That's how I feel right now. Never seen New York Dolls, not sure if I know anything about them. I'll have to rectify this situation shortly.
